We’re saddened to announce Bergenfest will no longer be taking place this year

We have been working hard to move acts from this year's festival to 2021 and we’re really excited to say that most artists have confirmed that they are onboard with this plan. We will be back soon with further details, please visit bergenfest.no for updates. 

If you have already bought a ticket, we’d love for you to keep hold of it and carry it over to next year, or if you’d prefer you can refund it.

Bergenfest 2021 will take place June 15th - 19^th.

1. BENEFITS WITH CARRYING OVER YOUR TICKET TO 2021

• Bergenfest will draw 10 winners of an exclusive festival package amongst those of you who carry over your ticket to 2021. The package will consist of hotel stay (1 night) during Bergenfest 2021, a 1.000 NOK food & beverage voucher that can be used for Bergenfest 2021 and a merchandise goodie bag. Winners will be announced August 20th.
• You will contribute to the festival's economy. Thank you! Even though Bergenfest will no longer be taking place this year, the festival still has costs to be covered.
• You'll get a nicer price on the festival experience. It is very likely that we'll have to increase the ticket price for Bergenfest 2021.

2. ADDITIONAL INFO FOR HOLDERS OF ONE DAY TICKETS 

• Your one day ticket will give access to the same festival day in 2021 as in 2020. For example: Wednesday pass 2020 is valid as a Wednesday pass in 2021.
• You can swap your one day ticket from one festival date to another. The exchange period starts October 1st 2020 and ends March 1st 2021. We will provide more information about this before the beginning of the exchange period. Most acts will perform on the same festival day in 2021 as in 2020, but some changes can occur.

3. DO I HAVE TO DO ANYTHING IF I WANT TO CARRY MY TICKET OVER TO 2021?

• You do not have to do anything if you want to retain your ticket and carry it over to 2021. Your ticket will automatically give access to the festival in 2021 if you don't refund it.

4. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO IF I WISH TO REFUND MY TICKET?

• Contact the place of purchase. For tickets bought at ticketmaster.no, make contact via their contact form. Normal processing and response time is 5 working days. 
• The deadline for refund is 60 days after the original Bergenfest 2020 dates, in accordance with Ticketmaster’s conditions for purchase. The deadline for refund is August 15^th 2020.
