There are three types of tickets for Bergenfest – festival passes, weekend passes, and day passes for each individual day. Our only official ticket partner is Ticketmaster. We strongly advise against buying tickets on the second-hand market or from other providers.
The ticket you purchase will be exchanged for a wristband at the entrance to the festival area. The festival pass is valid for all festival days, is personal, and cannot be shared with others or exchanged for day tickets/day wristbands. Festival passes cannot be collected on behalf of someone else.
U18 Tickets:
At Bergenfest, people under 18 are allowed to attend without a guardian. The minimum age without a guardian is 15 years. Previously, the Magic Mirrors venue had an age limit of 18, but it is now open for audiences under 18 as well. If you are under 18 and wish to attend Bergenfest, you need to purchase a U18 ticket.

Refund in case of cancellation
Bergenfest is a festival and refunds are only given in the event of total cancellation of either the entire festival or a single day at the festival. There is no right to a refund for festival tickets in the event of individual artists’ cancellation. This emerges from the purchase terms at Ticketmaster, which distributes the tickets on behalf of Bergenfest.

We strongly warn against buying tickets from distribution channels other than the above. We are aware that there are several dishonest players in the market that are trying to defraud ticket buyers, e.g. the Viagogo website.
