Even a complete lineup can grow a little more, and we’re happy to present two new additions to Bergenfest: Linka Moja and Valerie June. Both artists are making the journey across the Atlantic to Bergen, each bringing their own distinct sound and identity to the stage. With these final names in place, this year’s lineup now features a total of 61 artists.
Linka Moja from California and Valerie June from Tennessee represent different sides of the American musical landscape, but both leave a strong impression on record and on stage.
Linka Moja
Linka Moja is quickly making a name for herself on the alternative music scene and has already been taken under the wing of Eddie Vedder of Pearl Jam. Inspired by the nature surrounding Lake Tahoe, she creates a raw and organic sound that spans indie, post-punk, post-rock, and punk rock.

Valerie June
Valerie June has built a devoted fanbase by following her own path. With her distinctive voice and unique artistic expression, she has become a defining figure in American roots music. As The New Yorker puts it, “every quiver in her voice conveys a sincere emotion.”
